Parana Roasted 300 g is a roasted Yerba Mate from a small family farm near Curitiba, Brazil. The roasting process creates a unique taste with notes of nuts, almonds, dark chocolate, cocoa and even coffee. Vacuum packaging ensures long-lasting freshness and aroma preservation.

This yerba can be prepared traditionally with hot or cold water, or with warm milk for a smoother, creamier drink known as “mate de leche.”

Bereidingsadvies
Vul een kalebas of beker voor ongeveer twee derde met yerba mate. Schenk water van ongeveer 70 tot 80°C op de yerba en laat kort intrekken. Niet bereiden met kokend water, om de smaak mooi zacht te houden.

How do you prepare Kraus Pionero Suave?

Heat water to 65-70°C and fill your gourd three-quarters full with Pionero Suave. The higher stem content makes this very forgiving for preparation, it naturally prevents harshness and bitterness. Enjoy multiple refills; the smooth character persists nicely throughout your session.
